Join us at Hopton Hall Gallery at our big drawing table, to roll up your sleeves and draw. You may have a few minutes to spare or half an hour, or you just might find yourself staying longer than you’d anticipated, making your own contribution to our big, collaborative drawing.

This will be the first event of a month long partnership with The Big Draw.

Bring a friend or come alone, there’ll be like-minded folk to draw alongside, from 10.30 to 3.30.

Artist, teacher and maker, Liz Wellby and her assistant will be there to guide, advise, encourage and chat.

Joining us at different times in the session, will enable you to explore different materials and processes - starting with line drawings using a range of graphics materials and adding colour with cut collage, oil pastels and watercolour paints.

Our giant drawing will be on display in the gallery throughout October.
