You’re warmly invited to join us in celebrating the rich diversity of creative talent in and around the Peak District at the Peak District Artisans Young Emerging Artist Award 2025.
This special award champions and supports an exceptional young artist or maker at the beginning of their creative journey. We are delighted to announce that the 2025 recipient is Amadora , a painter living and working in Sheffield.
Specialising in portraiture and urban painting, Amadora’s maximalist style and vibrant use of colour radiate uplifting energy a joyful thread that runs throughout her work.
Her featured exhibition will take place from 4 - 26 August at Hopton Hall Gallery, with the presentation coinciding with the gallery’s official launch on the 7th of August at 7pm.
