Victoria Reynolds British

Victoria's works from direct observation, the artwork becomes more intuitive as they progress.

Victoria's evocative work expresses her fascination with wild locations. Having lived and practised in a number of counties in England and Wales, she seeks to harness the emotive value of memory and its reference to place. Although personal to the artist, her paintings possess a symbolic quality that resonates with the viewer.

Evolving from direct observation, these pieces become more intuitive as they progress: an attempt to capture the moment, the diversity of the elements, a shift in atmosphere and light.
