Rebecca is a Derbyshire based artist and illustrator. Using watercolour and oils to create paintings of local streets and villages as well as seaside scenes.
Rebecca's paintings show town and city streets in a new light, from above, where we don't normally get to see them. She likes to paint the hidden parts, the rooftops, and those very top floor windows that you would never normally notice.
She has a Masters degree in illustration and is inspired by children's book illustrators, especially Shirley Hughes who combines the skills of creating artwork and storytelling.
